TM Grupo Inmobiliario, an Alicante-based holding company recognized in the residential, hotel, and vacation tourism sector, specializing in the construction and promotion of homes along the Mediterranean and Caribbean coasts, has acquired 18,000 m² of land in the Valencian town of El Puig. 

This marks the company's first investment in the province of Valencia.

The new residential project will consist of 281 homes, of which 245 will be apartments and the remaining 36 will be designed as townhouses.

Located just 17 kilometers from Valencia, TM's new residential development will embody the Mediterranean essence that the company consistently applies to its projects. 

It will be situated facing the Mediterranean Sea, with direct access to El Puig's seafront promenade and excellent views. Additionally, the future residential area will feature common areas with sports facilities, swimming pools, and spacious landscaped gardens, reflecting the unique construction style that TM applies to all its residential projects.
